Q:Do you keep an equivalent of a book of shadows? What format do you keep it in? (digital, paper), how often do you use it, and is it categorized in any way?

Yes I do Have a Book of Shadows...
i have the paper one and now a digital one which is my blog (www.aishasbookofshadows.blogspot.com)
i use them both all the time, mainly the paper one, but both are always used!!!
